RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Jewelry is personal, and we understand it may not always work out. Eligible items purchased on daughterclub.com may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Items must be unworn

Original packaging must be included

Return tag must remain attached

Items returned without original packaging may be subject to a $15 restocking fee
FINAL SALE ITEMS
For hygienic purposes, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To initiate a return or exchange, please submit a request using our Return Request Form:

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive return instructions via email. Approved returns must be postmarked within 5 business days of approval to be eligible for exchange or store credit.
Returns sent without prior approval or outside this timeframe will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Orders that include pre-order items will ship once all items in the order are in stock.
SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
Once an order is marked “Accepted at Facility” by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. Any issues related to lost or delayed packages must be resolved directly with the courier.
